Compensation Plan
The VIP Member program has been designed to help you generate a supplemental income or build a home-based business that can produce substantial, recurring revenue. Your level of involvement and the income you earn is determined solely by you.
One of The Company’s greatest strengths is its Compensation Plan – a simple but powerful incentive for you to build your Front-Line and subsequently your entire personal VIP Alliance.
As a VIP Member, you can earn 5% Cash Back on any purchase for personal use (“Personal Purchase Volume” (“PPV”)), purchases made from your direct referral, purchases made by other VIP Members in your VIP Alliance and purchases made by referrals generated by your VIP Alliance Members (collectively, “VIP Alliance Purchase Volume” (“APV”), as outlined below. This Cash Back percentage remains fixed regardless of the number of VIP Members in your VIP Alliance.
Cash Back is calculated on a quarter-by-quarter basis. VIP Members must have a minimum of $50 in PPV in a calendar quarter to qualify for Cash Back for that quarter. Cash Back is paid on the 15th day of April, July, October and January for the previous quarter. If the 15th falls on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, payments will be sent on the following business day. Eligibility is based on PPV for each individual calendar quarter and PPV does not roll-over from quarter to quarter. For example, $50 or more in PPV during the first calendar quarter would qualify the VIP Member for cash back for that reporting quarter. $25 in PPV for the second calendar quarter would not qualify a VIP Member for cash back for that quarter. PPV calculations do not include APV.
THE VIP Member Network utilizes what is called a Unilevel Compensation Plan.
This plan allows VIP Members to add an unlimited number of new VIP Members to their Front-Line (level 2) and build their VIP Alliance down five levels with each level having the same unlimited VIP Member growth potential. The Cash Back percentage amount paid on each level is shown below:

Since the income any VIP Member can earn is based on several factors, we do not make income guarantees or other earnings claims (see Income Disclosure Statement).
